I quite like it when I get comments that say happy things like "Nice shot!" and "Great photo!" They make me feel warm and fuzzy. But I also started my 365 project to improve my skills and to do this I need to know what areas to improve on, and potentially suggestions on how to improve them. I really want to get better and try to be hard on my own work, looking for faults to keep in mind for next time, but sometimes we don't know what we are missing in our own work. To all willing, I invite you to follow/look at existing pictures and leave criticism of what's not good or could be improved with my work. Everything is welcome, gentle or harsh - "Tree in the background is distracting", "Shadows are too dark", "Depth of Field doesn't suit this, higher f-stop and think more about including your background", What is the actual subject of this photo?", "Nice idea but boring composition, try getting lower", "Waaaaay over saturated!"
Anyone who is willing to do this for me, I am very willing to do this for you too.

Hi Jennifer, this could be quite handy even when you are knew. How about we tell eachother one thing we like and one thing we don't like/think could be different/suggest an edit on photos? Doesn't have to be every one. By verbalising mistakes you see, hopefully you will think of them when taking your own photo's and avoid - learn from eachothers experiences. I will start with a few of yours :)
If you decide to do it for me too then you can be blunt. I promise to not be offended.
Paweł Kadysz This might be the fastest added feature we've ever done. tookapic.com/news/5-constructi...

Jennifer Sounds good. I've heard other people express interest in this, so I'm sure you'll find some others. I try to offer useful comments, but I am still quite new to photography and don't feel like I am really able to give advice like that. Instead, I try to share my impressions and general opinions and let you do with it what you will. For example, "The lighting here really highlights the blahblahblah for me." :P That's just my method though. We certainly have some talented photographers on here who will hopefully feel more comfortable offering actual advice. :)
