How would you explain the rules of 365 project?

I'm working on a series of videos explaining the rules of 365 project. If you were to explain that to a 5 year-old. How would you do it?

jewels Take a picture each day and share it the same day to a great community doing exactly the same.

FlyteWizard Capture your day with 1 new photo, then publish that photo the same day. Repeat until you reach 365 days.

Kazzi Take photos every day, but choose only one daily and publish it, like You'd have to pin one photo to every day on a calendar.
There's a portal, where people from around the world do the same and it's a wonderful journey.

Satoshi T A pic a day. Share it with photo-friends from the world. Someday, it will be picture-diary of your life.

120mr Photo-friends <3

Alek Jedliński Exactly! I love going through past photos and remembering each day :)

Katrina Yu Capturing moments every day. Eternalizing it forever.

Bolesław It is like instagram or snapchat... just with one photo per day limitation and each uploaded photo must be taken the day for which it is uploaded. All 5 years old know instagram and snapchat already nowadays no? ;)

Michał Each day something is happening around you. You eat breakfast, ride a bike, play with parents or siblings, spend time in a garden or on a journey. Big or small, everything counts. Each day take a picture that will remind you later what happened then. Take as much pictures as you want, but select only one from that day. Keep it, maybe describe it or even write a short story about this picture. And finally share it. Sounds like a plan?

Juliett Invite community members to share a benefit they experience from following the practice, in a visual way, use this to inspire users. Members of the community explaining how their community works is more playful and may be more effective than using the word rule ?

Paweł Kadysz We did that, I think: tookapic.com/stories (also, thanks for the email).

Juliett So you did ! It looks great, but you could group it in another way for this. Maybe instead of it emphasising just a few people and their projects, share lots of insiders benefits from the practice. One visual for each and a small word limit, like caption style, so lots of ideas emerge which you can arrange in keeping with the project?

vera If I were to explain that to a 5 year-old, I would say:
"You have to make photos every day, during a non-stop year and try not to miss a single day!
Every day, you have to choose the one you prefer, then you post it on a web site named Tookapic, where there are plenty of other photographers who do as you! They can see your photos and you can see theirs.
In that way, you learn to use your camera, make better photos, as you would do it with an instrument of music.
That's cool, because you are motivated every day in a funny way by the other people all around the world! "
But I think it's even better if you make a comic that shows in pictures me doing the photos... in the same time you give your explanations!

Satoshi T 'make better photos, as you would do it with an instrument of music' Nice! :)

Abderrahim Make my days count making each day a photo.

Tomek Zimnocho eat, pic, sleep, repeat...
